Couldn't Be Simpler:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, chunked
- 1/2 cup almond milk kefir (or soy kefir)
- stevia to taste
- pinch salt
Process until soft serve consistency. Freeze for 1 minutes, then eat!
The whole batch has 1 weight watcher point, but I am mindful of the fact it contains around 300 calories.
