Vanilla Chia Pudding
- 1 cup soy kefir (you can use soymilk or any non-dairy milk)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- tiny pinch cardamom
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp good quality vanilla extract
- stevia or your favorite sweetener to taste
Method:
Place everything together in a bowl, mix well and let sit for 30 minutes before eating.
