I love oats and now that the weather is cool, starting my day with a steaming hot bowl of oaty goodness is not only comforting, it gives me the fuel I need to hit the pavement and start my day!
I always add some flax or chia seeds for some good fats and extra fiber along with a lot of cinnamon, raisins or apples. I am a fan of Kal Stevia, which adds some sweetness. Protein powder and nut butters are usual additions as well.
